This case report describes a rare clinical condition in children, Thrombocytopenia with absent radii syndrome. A 5 month old baby girl presented with limb anomalies and easy bruisability. There was persistent thrombocytopenia and bilaterally absent radii on skeletal survey. She was managed conservatively and did well.
