Introduction: There is an increasing evidence that central corneal thickness affects the measurement of intraoculer pressure. A study is conducted to show this relation in Pakistani population sample. Materials and method: 668 eyes of 334 normal adults were studied using ultrasonic pachometer and goldman applanation tonometer. Results: With increase in central corneal thickness the IOP also increases. Conclusion: Measured intraocular pressure is positively related to central corneal thickness.
