Aphthous Stomatitis: correlation with Intestinal Parasitosis a report of 7 cases

The present study reveals the efficacy of Tinidazol (Anti -protozoal) & Pyrantel Pamoate (AntiHelminthic) in the control of recurrent Aphthous Stomatitis, reported in a group of 7 patients. All the patients showed significant decrease in the intensity of pain and complete relief from recurrence during several months of follow up. These findings show that Aphthous Ulcer may be an oral manifestation of intestinal Parasitosis.
