Churg-Strauss Syndrome is an uncommon disorder, which may present with involvement of multiple systems, although pulmonary involvement in the form of asthma is almost invariable. Recently, the use of leukotriene inhibitors in asthmatics has resulted in appearance of CSS probably due to unmasking effect of steroid withdrawal. Corticosteroids are mainstay of the treatment and are almost universally successful. Steroid resistant cases may benefit from addition of cyclophosphamide. There are also some other treatment modalities, like interferon-a, immunoglobulins and plasmapheresis, which need to be further evaluated. We are presenting a case with recurrent gastric perforation along with review of literature.
