Objective: To find out the number of patients who use steroid inhalers in their course of treatment. Design: Single centre prospective study. Setting: The study was conducted at Chest Department D.H.Q.Hospital Gujranwala Subjects: Five hundred and two patients of Bronchial Asthma who came at chest Department for Results: Out of 502 patients there were only 57 patients (11.3%) who have ever used steroid inhalers during their course of treatment. Conclusion: In over country only a small number of patients use steroid inhalers.
