We describe the use of a new orthogonal grid far the radiological assessment of lower limb length discrepancy and angular deformity. The Orthogrid can he easily and cheaply constructed using materials readily available in most hospitals in Pakistan and is easy to use with the equipment available in our Radiology Departments. We recommend its use in the pre and postoperative assessment of all cases of lower limb length discrepancy and coronal plane angular deformity.
