Prevalence of Du antigen in a population of Lahore

Rhesus blood groups were determined in 1,000 individuals from various parts of Lahore; almost half the subjects were females and half were males, mostly adults with a wide age range. Rh grouping was done by both albumin technique and rapid slide test. The negative results by these two methods were tested by the IAT for the Du antigen.
