This is the case report of a female patient who presented with a large mass in the epigastric region, with weight loss, anorexia and vomiting. The base line investigations were insignificant, but a CT Scan of the abdomen showed the presence of a large mass in the stomach with two air filled cavities containing hairs. Hence, the patient was diagnosed as a case of trichobezoar and prepared for surgery. A laparotomy was performed and the mass was removed which extended from the stomach to the jejunum. The post-operative period was uneventful and the patient was discharged on the fourth day.
