Recurrent Trichobezoar in Trichtillomania

This is the case report of a girl, aged eight years, who presented with abdominal pain and mass. After investigations she was operated and found to have a Trichobezoar in the stomach. She was referred to the psychiatrists who diagnosed her as a case of Trichtillomania. She disappeared from the hospital but came back after three years with similar clinical features. She was operated and a Trichobezoar was again removed.
