Gallstone ileus with concomitant tuberculous strictures

Gall stone ileus is a rare cause of small bowel obstruction. Simultaneously intestinal tuberculosis is also a rare entity. We present an elderly lady who presented with a short history of small bowel obstruction and had laparotomy with removal of stone and stricturoplasty for multiple tuberculous strictures.
