Penile fracture is a rare disorder but needs urgent surgical intervention. Objectives: To report the mode of the presentation of penile fracture at Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences. Materials and Methods: 14 patients were included in this retrospective observational study Results: Majority were in their third and fourth decade of life and were sexually active. Pain swelling and deformity were the commonest symptoms. 13 Patients were surgically explored and one was managed conservatively, initially but later on required exploration and repair. Only 6 out of 14 patients came for follow probably because of socio-cultural inhibition and shame.
