A technique for chairside construction of a reverse headgear, for orthodontic use is described and illustrated. The method is simple, inexpensive, reliable and easy to apply. The materials used are available in every orthodontic clinic. The procedure is described step-by-step on a clinical situation with direct clinical application. The precautions to be observed during fabrication and the guidelines for using were listed.
