This is a case report of a 15 years old patient having decompansated cirrhosis and its complications. The patient had pleuropericardial effusion, ascites, esophageal varices and stigmata of chronic liver disease. Diagnosis of idiopathic cirrhosis with complications was made and treatment was given symptomatically.
