Chest discomfort & episodic palpitations caused by WPW-syndrome

This is a case report of 30 years old patient with history of recurrent palpitations, light headedness and chest discomfort. He presented with hypotension. His ECG showed fast atrial fibrillation. His old ECGs were suggestive of WPW syndrome type A. This patient was cardioverted with DC shock.
