Intussusception CT findings

This young boy presented with the history of off and on abdominal pain associated with constipation, the ultrasound abdomen was normal. The clinical suspicion of some abdominal pathology was very high , so the patient was referred for CT Abdomen , with oral and IV contrast. CT FINDINGS: CT showed that there was a complex mass in the region of right hypochondrium , which showed the fat content and whirling, vessels within. Also identified were the two intussusceptum and intussuscipiens which are clearly seen.
