Color Doppler evaluation of post traumatic priapism

A middle aged man presented with the History of Priapism and semi erection. for the last three months after Trauma to the penis during straddle injury, He was a married man with children and had no history of any previous erectile dysfunction or Priapism. He also had no history of addiction or any drug intake. He was perfectly alright before the trauma and after trauma he developed painful semi erection of the penis. He was clinically examined and the suspicion of penile fracture with some vascular insult was made. He had no history of urinary incontinence or hematuria, practically ruling out the injury to the urethra. Color Doppler examination was performed in the department of Radiology Mayo Hospital, Lahore with clinical information and suspicion of Penile fracture and some vascular injury.
