Pyuria due to intra-abdominal Hydatid disease

Amber X-Ray Larkana
This article reports pyuria & foul smell in the urine of young male aged 33 years. The patient came to the Amber x-ray clinic in Larkana. District Larkana is quite famous due to world renowned civilization of "Moen-Jo-Daro" just 27 km from the Larkana city. He was advised for excretory urography by the surgeon. Patient was asked to take laxatives after dinner & then come in the morning. Control film was taken which showed satisfactory preparation & few soft tissue density shadows were noted in left side of abdomen & pelvis. No any opaque urinary calculus was seen. After injecting 40 mls of ionic contrast urografin 76% films were taken.
