Pulmonary infiltrates with eosinophilia is composed of distinct individual syndromes characterized by eosinophilic pulmonary infiltrates and commonly peripheral eosinophilia and raised serum immunoglobulin E levels. We are reporting a case of a thirty-year-old non-asthmatic, non-atopic male with no history of ingestion of toxic drugs. He presented with acute febrile illness since 4-5 day, severe respiratory distress, diffuse pulmonary infiltrates, peripheral eosinophilia, and very high serum levels of immunoglobulin E.
