Iam a general surgeon[ consultant] Iam egyptian graduated from 2 egyptian universties and the ministry of health
My last degree is the egyptian fellowship in general surgery

I HAVE NEW AND GOOD IDEAS AND THOUGHTS ABOUT MY JOB AS A GENERAL SURGEON

I hope to discuss these new ideas with highly graduated professionals in my field to know if Iam wright or not and if these ideas can be puplished and applicated for the benefit of my patients or not

SOME OF MY NEW TECHNIQUES ( applied practically with very good results):

1- cremastric muscle and fascia for inguinal hernioplasty
2-second layer therish graft in hernioplasty
3-cosmtic ligation of residual telangectasia fellowing varicose vein op. procedures

SOME OF MY NON APPLIED THOUGHTS ;
videoscopic open operative procedures to avoid drawbacks in complicated surgery
OTHERS :
e.g. 1-an instrument to reperfuse ischemic tissues ( inserted in the ischemic tissue with one limb put in an a- v fistula and the other in avien using a succer pumping minute machine )
2- high fistula op. procedure using diathery fine brobe cauterization( staged ) and others
