Thank you for your query , but my first word of advice would be that if you are really interested in getting a Job ( Government or Private) please write and talk in normal comprehensible English rather than Internet / Chat slangs like @$;'Gr8, ab8 etc

Secondly focus on your studies first and get good grades...This will ensure that you will get a good job any where

Third contact the people at FPSC Islamabad or Physiotherapy association / Society of Pakistan(http://www.pakpta.org/) and (http://www.pakitherapists.com/index.php?p=1_18_PHYSIOTHERAPY-ASSOCIATION-S) and they can guide you in a better way
