who can apply for mcps

i am a fcps 1 in medicine,did my training for 8 months in gen.hospital lahore n then came to uae because of my husbands deputation here.i m here since 1 year,n hv left my training since 2 yrs.now i feel i should do mcps in gynaecology.what is the enrolment crieteria for mcps?...i need someones help as i m out of pakistan n want to continue my training
