need help

actually i need to knw that what r the authentic books used during 4 rth year,which u recomend
and also that i need to knw thart i want to give the usmle exams ; the details well how to start preparing for the MLE EXAMS,and what books,cd,s i would get it from the book stores
coz i will go to medical book shop as soon as the fourth year starts AND MY FWNDS AND ME ARE WILLING TO GO TO GIVE MLE EXAMS this year..SO I need ur help.
