IMM Medicine 2011, Prepration Advice

I am appearing in the intermediate module, medicine march 2011. I am worried about the theory exam and i am seeking advice for the books. Currently i am using CMDT and Kumar & Clark for theory. Need help regarding TOACS 2. kindly any help will be appreciated
