I think there are six different ways that you can adopt to get those articles.

1. Some online journals give free access to their content after some time (such as 6 months or 1 year), or they give free access to clinicians from developing countries.

2. Check with your friends, colleagues, or teachers if they have access to those journals.

3. You can post references to articles here on this wesite and if any of us here have access to those journals, he/she may e-mail you full text.

4. Get in collaboration with someone who have access to most of the journals, such as some one working at a bigger institution.

5. Directly e-mail the authors of those articles and request them copies of their articles. In my experience, authors almost always send their articles, some even mail you hard copies of their articles on their own expense.

6. Check with your librarian, he/she may be able to obtain copies for you.
