No i dont think so ....unless some one else in that institution is already working on it.. i would suggest you visit the cpsp website @ www.cpsp.edu.pk
and see the FAQs section regarding synopsis and dissertation. It gives answers to many of the day to day querries we trainess have in mind

i want to know if i change my supervisor and institution do i need to change my synopsis topic as well? does anyone of u got any knowledge about it.
