Help regarding MRCP-1 (ireland)

Hello every body
I intend to take MRCP-1 (ireland). I ve heard they include much more basic sciences in the exam (like FCPS anatomy physio) compared to MRCP-1 UK. Any one of you who has taken irish exam can clarify this for me.
Secondly which textbook is most recommended for general medicine Davidson, PJ Kumar or Current Medical Diagnosis?

Do I need to study anatomy in detail?
