THE TRAINEE HAS A RIGHT TO APPEAL AGAINST THIS ACTION. MEDICAL & CLINICAL DIRECTORS OF THE HOSPITAL/ORGANIZATION SHOULD BE NOTIFIED OF THE EVENT IN WRITING AND APPROPRIATE PROCEEDINGS SHOULD BE DONE IN ACCORDANCE WITH LOCAL OR REGIONAL PROTOCOL.

i have a querie for my colleagues and need advice for some of my friends and colleagues,the situation is that,"can an institute without any reason on the part of the trainee ,terminate the training of a doctor,who is in the middle of a training program?",the reasons bieng on the part of the institute,more specifically,manpower planning because of financial reasons,what should the trainee do,his/her training is suddenly interrupted without any reason of his/her own,what can be done?any advice?
