urgent plz help

I appeared in Masters in Maternal & Child health in Nov 2006 from Istitute of Public health LHR affiliated with university of health sciences.I passed all the subjects except one out of four.On 11th of May supplementry examination is being held and the misery is that students along with me have to appear in all the subjects even which have been passed. UHS has even abolished the 5 grace marks given to students failing by 5 marks or less in only one subject.
Plz let me help any body in finding rules/regulations of our national & International universities about similar matters of post graduation examinations or HEC rules about appearing in exams in those subjects already passed.Remember that university pass marks in each subject is 60%
