i recommend MURAD,AZEEM N AZIZ MCQ BOOKS
also if u want to do more practice of mcqs then u should do mcqs of brs series on the back of every chapter along with comprehensive examination in the end of every brs

For FCPS-I the best book for practicing is Pool Questions by Azeem Sheikh.
I would strongly recommend this as it gives detailed explanations and help in making ur concepts crystal clear.
