AsalamoAlaikum Usman,
U ve to study 'all' the 'core' areas of clinical specialities, approximately at the level of usmle 2 (or little easier).
As u havent mentioned ur speciality but nevertheless everyone ends up attempting the same questions.
All of the participants would get 2 hours and 100 select the best mcqs, whereas internal medicine candidates have to sit in another 1 hour session in which they ve to attempt 50 additional questions.
There is also personality evaluation (nonsense) and english paper as well so u d spent 2-3 hours in the gymnasium.
Study all the clinical specialities, specially medicine, surgery, obsgyne, ent, eye, orthopedics etc.
