if a patient have age 30 years have comlain of symptomatic bleeding from mouth regard every thing is normal,taking cap.transamin500mg to stop bleed after that he develop bruises to the legs and upper arm,say the patient,in CBC the WBC count is 55000,while sever anisocytosis with slight decreased platelet count,hametologist suspect leukemia reaction,while resident
pathologist said that myeloblast cells series seen,afterall scenario what you ve diagnose this case.thanks,with regards
