Books for FCPS part 1 Anesthesia

Salam. Can any senior guide me regarding the job prospects after FCPS Anesthesia ?? I am considering to switch my speciality from Med to Anesthesia. I had recently done FCPS 1 in Med . I wanna ask wat's da main diference in prep of FCPS 1 Anesthesia ? Where from 2 prepare PHYSICS and measurements ?? and is MURAD sufficient fro MCQs etc. THANX
