Well for FCPS-1 in Medicine u have 2 go thru all the books that have previously been mentioned on this site. Regarding most imp topics it's difficult to tell 'cos in my exam of Mar '08 some 45 odd questions are from Anatomy. However u shud prepare PHYSIO, GEN PATHO n ANATOMY extremely well.
