well,john murtagh is basically meant for general practice,so for internal medicine u hav to study somthing else,davidson is not a bad option

im jus wondering if davidson essential of medicine is a good book to study for AMC Ive read abt John murtagh from aippg.net n started studying from there but icant solve the recall papers as question seems to be more detailed ...... plz help me
