How about non invasive simple investigations like urine RE and abd USG. Mid cyclical pain cannot be ruled out. But I would cetainlt get simple investiagtions first before rpoceeding to invasive AND costly tests....

1. Intestinal Colic
2. Ureteric Colic
3. Dysmenorrhea
4. Local pain - Herpes

Diagnosis in this would be clinical.

Investigations:
1. Xray Erect Abdomen
2. IVP/KUB
3. Reterograde Urography
