I think possible diagnosis would be

1. Intestinal Obstruction
2. Gaseos Distention of Abdomen

a pt with abdominal distension for 3 weaks

a lady aging 35 years presented with abdominal distension for about 3 weaks.no other positive finding.liver functions were normal.Abdominal ultrasound showed no fluid accumulation or intra abdominal growth.what is possible diagnosis?
