injection botulinum

I wonder that any one here have knowledge and experience about injection botulinum in torticollis.If any doctor have the experience pl contribute it and also the method of injecting it.It would be highly helpful for others in general and for me particular as mi father is sufferinf fron torticollis(idiopathic) although 60% recovered with resperidone2mg/day and anticholinergics but still we have got great social burden
