You directly prescribed Inj Atropine for treatment of Pseticide Poisning.Here I want to bring in your notice that the group of psticides must be known as the treatment depends on the psticide used. Any how there is no doulbt that Inj Atropine is a remedy for this.

hello memon .sorry i couldnot reply your answers at proper time as my system was off for few d
1.pesticide poisoning case was treated by subcuaneous Atropine till her pupills got dilated
2.epigastric pain case was handled on these lines
control of blood pressure with a beta blocker
antacids and H2 receptor blocker for epigastric pain
ecg ws advised ,but as usual pt did not came for follow up.ays

Please give us an update as to how did you manage your patients with:

a) Pesticide poisoning
b) Abdominal distension
c) Severe pain in the hypogastrium

And how did they repond to your treatment.
