hello sir , as far as i know its not for management of cadrdiac ailment but is supportive mangement to improove cardiac functions in cases of ischemic heart diseaes

Trimetazidine belongs to cardiac metabolizers group. This drug acts at the mitochondiral level and optimizes the oxygen requirements of the cardiac cell.
