They offer scholarships and research grants to young doctors and may our wish be granted

hi. i have a research perposal for which i have to submit "grant letter" to authorities in my institution to ask for financial assistance for my project ,but i dont know how to write this. i searched international journals as well but couldnt find any. is there anyone who could help me in this regard.
