Way of Getting in USA for USMLE

salam,
i am Amjad Khan from Ayub Medical College,Abbottabad,Now in London for my Post Graduation.
I am searching for a Research post in the US System
that would provide me clinical experience, training and
education that would help me in my career progression. I am
very interested, in participating in audit and research, and
I have participated in NHS Audit during my Ophthalmology
Attachment. I am interested in US for my future Career and
before i start fostering my career in USA by doing my USMLE ,
i would like to taste the sytem that i am going to opt by
doing some Research in US Hospitals this will encourage me to
have deep insight in my Career oriented goals.

i will be Obliged for any ingenius suggestion/s to
finding a suitable Research Assistant post for my further
training.
