I think Dr Osama is right that unless we educate a person about Boolean search, he/she will have problem with that, a "search wizard" sort of thing will be more useful. I think Dr Osama and Dr Murad should join hands to sort out this problem.
My idea is that a pop-up/drop down message asks u, what is ur keyword no-1, then do u want to associate it with another keyword word, then warning: a single keyword gives a lot of irrelevant references..... and so on. Rest both of u r experts. I am there to observe!!!!

Every medical researcher and academician should be aware of Boolean search for creating wise and appropriate keywords to find the material really focused. The same type of search is used by many popular search engines on internet and Medline (in WinSpirs and WebSpirs of Silverplatter). The wise use of AND, NOT, OR, WITH, NEAR, wildcard(?), and other operators makes every type search with a precise and relevant outcome. It is not difficult, but experiece makes it possible to attain the necessary skill.

PakMediNet Does support Boolean search by using AND, OR words. The only problem I have seen is that most of the users do not know how to search properly.
To solve this problem, I have decided to make a animated preview of search by which an ordinary user can know the best way to search. However, this thing will take time.

I today finished a workshop at KRL hospital Islamabad, and as usual I recommended ur site. I also told the trainees about BOOLEAN SEARCH (AND, OR, NOT). Some of the trainees tried ur site and they were very happy, two of them however reported that ur site does not support Boolean search. Kindly do something about this problem.
