PakMednet is really a blessing for Pakistani doctors to open horizons of medical knowledge by sharing their experience through the wonderful feature "Discussion Fora". In addition, it is the only Pakistani website, that has a wondefully maintained database of Pakistani medical journals--- serving Pakistan's academic community in the areas of various specialties and subspecialities. However, it is very unfortunate at this stage, that a few of the people in the Pakistani medical community, who are aware of the usefulness of the features of this great website. I congratulate and salute the creators and maintainers of this great Pakistani website
