mrcog 1 exemption for fcps part 1

i am going to sit in fcps part 1 exam in gynea ad obs, i want to know about the Hi

i need information about
exemption of fcps part 1 with mrcog 1, is still applicable or not,
and if i appear and failed in mrcog part1 , then i ll be eligible for mrcog 1 exemption with fcps 1 or not? as i heard its a rule once u appear in mrcog part1 then we cannot get its exemption with fcps1.
please explain and help me
