Well, a difficult question. It depends if qualified gynecologists want to work in cities, then the competition is very high, However in remote cities of Pakistan, there is an adequate potential for them to work. The centers of excellence are already under heavy pressure, therefore young gynecologists are unable to find jobs there. Overall, situation is not good.

I would like to know your comments/views on this topic. Because I for one find the conditions in pakistani hospitals particularly stiffling after having returned to Pakistan after 4 years.
