Professional future of Obstetricians & Gynaaecologists in Pakistan

I would like to know your comments/views on this topic. Because I for one find the conditions in pakistani hospitals particularly stifling after having returned to Pakistan after 4 years, with the same politics , inactivity e.t.c.
