Have you presented this study somewhere internationally or presented as poster presentation or as publication.

furthermore, routine intraoperative cystoscopy is not required with obturator tapes. the technique is preferred over TVT esp in pts previously operated for incontinence or in obese and elderly.good outcomes are reported in short to intermediate term. further data is awaited from large trials.

apologies for delayed reply.
the procedure is being done under NICE guidance arrangements in Uk presently. i have personally done about 40 and have come up with > 80% clinical success. i have also conducted a prospective study of subjective outcome and the results were 92% patient satisfaction with the technique.
