thank you for your reply.
multichannel cystometry is now considered an important investigating tool in management of refractory OAB and complex incontinence. in addition, most centres employ it routinely before contemplating surgical procedure for stress incontinence in women. personally i believe it is a good piece of information and in complicated cases may be performed with video imaging.
