Dear Wajiha!
1-why some authority told you that MCPS is internationally recognized? it is MRCP (and NOT MCPS)which is internationally recognized.
2- After doing minor diploma like DCH, DCP, MCPS etc you can get job of Specialist at THQ hospital or in private hospital as specialist. but you cannot become Consultant in teaching hospital.
3- saudi govt. accept MCPS for some specialities.
4- if you have time constraint or want to become specialist in short time, you may choose MCPS. if you are a brilliant student, then go for major degree like FCPS/MRCP.

bt kindly recommend me as wt can i do now bc i hv subitted my form with fees f0r MCPS...
now wt can i do now
u mean i cant get job as specialist??

bt an authority told me that it z mch prefferable and internationally recognized degree...

you may choose FCPS/MRCOG but please donot opt for MCPS as it is a minor diploma and you will not be considered for any specialist post in teaching set up.and never think of MD/MS.

i have done MBBS from medical college in pakistan and i want to appear for xams of specialization,so i want guidance from u people,bc m not clear as to opt for which one of the following as:
1:FCPS?
2:MCPS?
3:MRCOG?

KINDLY HELP ME OUT IN OPTING ANY 1 oF THEM WHICH MAY B HELPFUL 4 ME IN LONG RUN....
PLZ ALSO GUIDE ME HOW TO APPLY ME HOW TO APPLY FOR "MRCOG"
