please consult a biostatistician to calculate sample size. it needs a lot of parameters to calculate sample size. you may post your protocol so to help you

the topic for my dissertation is EFFICACY OF NIFEDIPINE OINTMENT IN THE MANAGEMENT OF ANAL FISSURE.can u tell me how to calculate the sample size or i shall be thankful to you if you calculate it for me......early reply will be highly appreciated
